Durovent is the most economical product for new construction. Made of polystyrene, the lightweight product will not mold, mildew or breakdown in your attic. The Durovent has a perforation down the middle when split the product can be used in 16 in on center applications. When attached to the roof deck the one-inch air space provides an unobstructed air channel through the insulation to keep air flowing from soffit to ridge vents.
